Additional Details: New Balance’s new 250,000 sq ft World Headquarter building sits inside “Boston Landing”. Boston Landing is a mixed-use development encompassing approximately 15 acres of land along the Massachusetts Turnpike in Boston’s Brighton neighborhood. The building will also host 65,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space. The New Balance world headquarters is the first part of a multiphase project to create a health and wellness district. A new Boston Bruins practice facility is under construction that will seat 600 fans and should be complete by September 2016. A commuter rail station, multisport event center with a raised track, retail space, a hotel, 275 residential apartments, and two more office buildings will also be built by summer 2018.
